SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Aimée Ann Lou is pleased to offer international shipping from two locations: our warehouse in Atlanta, U.S. and our warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Shipping time and cost are based on the delivery destination and the distance from our nearest warehouse with required stock. The rate is calculated at checkout.

All U.S. orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse using UPS and FedEx. Other domestic carriers may be used depending on the order and destination.

Orders outside of the U.S. are fulfilled from our UAE warehouse via DHL Express or Aramex.

As a general rule, after you have validated your order, it will be processed within 1–3 working days. Your items will be shipped as soon as payment for your order has been registered.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier information and a tracking number. During holidays, sales, or peak periods, dispatch may take an additional 3–4 working days. While we always strive for prompt delivery, we are not responsible for third-party delays caused by weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Our shipping partners offer flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s en-route. Once your order has left our facility, you may receive a notification via SMS and/or email from the courier regarding expected delivery time.

DUTIES & TAXES

U.S. Orders: All duties and taxes are included.

UK Orders: All duties and taxes are included.

EU Orders: All duties and taxes are included.

UAE Orders: All duties and taxes are included.

Rest of World (ROW): Duties and taxes may be charged upon arrival in your country.

U.S. DELIVERIES

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or another domestic carrier based on the destination. Estimated delivery times range from 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days, please email us at assistance@aimeeannlou.com.

UAE DELIVERIES

Your order should arrive within 1-2 working days from dispatch day and in most cases, next day delivery is available from our warehouse in Dubai. However, during busy seasons, dispatch and delivery times may vary.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (OUTSIDE OF U.S. AND UAE)

International orders (outside of U.S. and UAE) are typically shipped from our UAE warehouse via DHL Express or Aramex, depending on the destination. Delivery timelines vary based on customs clearance and local courier services.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Our third-party carriers may also experience temporary disruptions due to political, environmental, or logistical factors. In such cases, shipments will be held or returned until delivery becomes possible.

Payments are usually taken in either GBP or USD.

We are unable to control the exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund, so on occasions there may be small changes in the amount paid and amount refunded. We shall not be liable for any currency fluctuations and any discrepancy in the refunded amount.
